  • We will share all relevant updates and information on a periodic basis to keep students informed about their application progress.

2. Confidentiality & Security

  • To maintain data security and compliance, we do not share any ID, password, or login credentials with clients until the process is fully completed.
  • Access to student application portals or official documents will only be granted once all due payments are cleared.

3. Document Authenticity

  • Students must ensure that all submitted documents are genuine, valid, and legally obtained.
  • Any attempt to submit forged, misleading, or incorrect documents may lead to immediate termination of services, with no refunds.

4. Compliance & Ethical Standards

  • We adhere strictly to the legal and ethical guidelines set by international universities and immigration authorities.
  • Our team will guide and assist students in preparing authentic and accurate applications to maximize their chances of success.

5. Refund Policy

  • If any student withdraws their file before submitting visa / visa approval BEE Global will not refund any service charge. (Applicable for UK, Australia, New Zealand & Malaysia)
  • If student fails to provide the relevant documents or payment on time instructed by Embassy or High Commission. Then BEE Global will not refund any service charge.
