The Placement and Alumni Affairs Office of International University of Business Agriculture and Technology organized IUBAT HR Day-2023 on Saturday, March 04, 2023 at the Permanent Campus of the university. The Heads of HR from hundred plus national and multinational organizations participated in the program. 
The participants discussed on current job market trends, including the skills and qualities that employers are seeking in job candidates, the importance of collaboration between employers and universities in preparing students for successful careers and the needs and expectations of the employers from the fresh graduates seeking entry level jobs.
Bee Global consultancy participated in the discussion and shared their experience and knowledge and interacted with the guests arrived about the skills and qualifications required for the study in abroad and how to prepare themselves accordingly for their future career.
